The complete workflow
- 1Domain management: connect your domains and manage every mailbox under them from one dashboard. The standard setup allows up to 3 mailboxes per domain, and plans of $1,000 or above allow up to 5.
- 2Mailboxes: buy mailboxes through Infrabox, or connect Google Workspace, Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Azure and other custom mailboxes. Setup is automated, so configuring many mailboxes is not manual work.
- 3Warm-up: every mailbox communicates with our warm-up network to build sender reputation. We recommend at least 2 to 3 weeks before campaigns. $3 per mailbox per month.
- 4Export: select mailboxes, choose your sequencer, export, and track progress from the platform.
- 5Email insights: emails sent, emails received, reply rate, bounce rate, email health status and overall mailbox performance in one view.
Add-ons for deliverability
- InfraGuard: domain protection, domain score, blacklist monitoring, DNS checks, bounce monitoring and IP / IPT monitoring, laid out per domain.
- Email Validate: checks addresses for validity, deliverability, mailbox status and catch-all status before they go into a campaign.
- Inbox Placement: tests where your emails land and shows the percentage reaching the inbox versus spam or junk.
